Mentor Program

To partner with men in recovery by providing consistent, Christ-centered mentorship that fosters spiritual maturity and practical life readiness. We believe that true restoration happens in the context of relationship.

Our mentorship program is designed with two hands: a Spiritual Hand to guide the heart, and a Practical Hand to guide the future. We ask our mentors to engage in both areas during their time with our residents.

The goal is to ground the mentee’s identity in Christ and build a habit of seeking God for strength in recovery.

Our mentors meet weekly with one to two residents. And go through our guided mentorship process with the resident(s).

A Mature Faith: A vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to sharing Biblical principles with grace and humility.

Relational Consistency: The ability to commit to a weekly one-on-one meeting to build the trust and rapport necessary for deep personal growth.

Active Listening & Empathy: A heart for hearing others’ stories without judgment and providing thoughtful, Christ-centered guidance.

Professional Integrity: Ability to offer sound advice on personal and career development while maintaining healthy boundaries and confidentiality.

Spiritual Leadership: A willingness to pray with and for a resident, helping them integrate their faith into every aspect of their daily life.

Vetting & Orientation: Due to the deep personal nature of this role, mentors must complete a comprehensive background check and a specialized mentorship orientation.
