Facilities Team

Help us maintain a safe, welcoming, and dignifying environment for our residents by joining the Facilities & Stewardship Team. In this hands-on role, you will work alongside our staff to care for the physical home where transformation happens every day. Whether you are a seasoned handyman or simply someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves and help with a project, your labor ensures that our facility remains a place of peace and stability. By keeping our campus running smoothly, you are providing the foundation of safety and comfort that allows our residents to focus entirely on their growth and recovery.

Maintenance

              Perform essential facility upkeep such as painting, minor plumbing or carpentry repairs, and general handywork to keep our building in top condition. Your technical skills ensure that our residents have a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment to live in.

Projects

              Plan and manage large-scale facility improvements, including structural repairs, construction projects, or major installations. This role involves performing technical tasks that significantly upgrade the center's infrastructure to better serve the residents.

A Willing Heart: A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to serve "behind the scenes" to keep our facility in top shape.

Basic Tool Familiarity: While you don’t need to be an expert, a general comfort with basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) is helpful.

​

Physical Ability: Comfort with physical labor, including walking, standing, bending, and the ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed for various tasks.

Flexible Spirit: A willingness to jump in where needed most—whether that’s changing lightbulbs, moving furniture, or assisting with a minor repair.
